How to Apply

There are 4 main steps for outgoing exchange application.

Step 1:  Filling the completed online application form and uploading the requirements. Outbound Exchange Student Application Form   [CLICK]           The following documents are required to upload for online application. 1. Statement of purpose (minimum of 300 words) 2. Study plan form    (download) 3. Curriculum vitae/resume 4. Academic transcript 5. Verification of enrollment letter 6. Certificate of English Proficiency Test Result (The expiry date should be validated to the last day of application.) 7. Consent form of academic supervisor/instructor/or advisor (download) 8. Guarantee form of parent or guardian (download) 9. A photocopy of Census/Housing Registration of parent/guardian and applicant 10. A photocopy of Identity Card or passport of parent/guardian 11. A photocopy of passport of applicant    Step 2:  Interview examination for nominated student to the partner university. Step 3:  Submitting the application and supporting documents in order to the application procedures of the partner school. Step 4:  Completing the supplementary documents form for study abroad.* *Additional step (Step 4) on the COVID-19 measurement for international journey: The applicant ought to be keen on coronavirus prevention and learn about the policy of the government and the university abroad properly.
