Academic Cooperation

The application for study abroad in the semester exchange or short-term program at the host university of the Faculty of Political Science. Including, the undergraduate and graduate student workshop for academic activities is in order that the consortium and cooperation agreement. Winter School The short term program for International Graduate Programme for East Asia Sustainable Economic Development Studies. This exchange program is designed by the Graduate School of Economics, at the Faculty of Economics, Kyoto University in 2009, the program will be held for 2 months during December through January following. The partner school can nominate one student who should obtain a round-airfare and a monthly stipend from the GSE-Kyoto University. The application form could request at the OIA.Polsci office.         Summer School The joint-short exchange program has been launched by the School of Political Science and Economics at Meiji University. Undergraduate students from the Asia Pacific Partner Universities are invited to apply in the limited participants. The applicant may have been chosen their qualification to the JASSO committee for a scholarship recipient. The Meiji-APPU Joint Short Term Program in Summer 2021 usually accept the application in January-February. Duration of program: 2 weeks between June and July The further information and application form could be requested information at the OIA.Polsci office.        EAUI Campus Asia: International Network The East Asian University Institute (EAUI) Program is established by the Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies at Waseda University, Japan in 2011 for cooperation with four higher education institutions at the College of Political Science and Economics, Korea University (South Korea), the School of Humanities and Social Science, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), the School of International Studies, Peking University (PRC), and the Faculty of Political Science at Thammasat University (Thailand). The EAUI Program encourages the semester exchange and the joint short-term in the Summer School program at the yearly circle host school. Regarding Summer school, the host university will provide five-day academic activities such as lecture classes, workshops, and group presentations around the end of July to early August. The faculty members, staff, and graduate students from 5 universities will be nominated to participate in the program, nevertheless, students need to submit the application for recruitment at their home university in April.
