INBOUND APPLICATION The inbound applicants from overseas institution are cordially welcome  enrollment at the Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University. Learn more new experience in multi-culture environment and involve a way of life in Thailand. Applicant should take courses at least 2 semesters of your home univesity and gain a qualification for admission; a GPA of at least 2.8 for underduate degree and 3.0 for graduate level a minimum of English Proficiency test result of IELTS 5.5-6.5 overall or TOEFL score of 60-79iBT, 170-213cBT, 500-550pBT * a valid certificate of English language for 2 years from the issue date.

Admission

Difference agreement level will differ air-mail address for submitting application form and material requirements to Faculty of Political Science. The mailing should be sent: 1. The Office of International Affairs of Thammasat University duly receives documents from the host university (University agreement). The exchange application form is available at TU Mobility contact : mobility@oia.tu.ac.th. 2. School to school partnership can directly send to the Office of International Affairs of Faculty of Political Science at Tha Prachan Campus. For further inquiry about admission, please contact at oia.polsci@gmail.com. The tuition fee waiver at Thammast University apart from some outdoor activities are charge for registration.

1. Letter of nomination from the Home Instituion 2. Statement of purpose or Motivation Letter 3. Study plan for your semester exchange (download) 4. Academic Transcript of Record (English version) 5. Letter of recommendation from the academic institution 6. Certificate of Language(s) Proficiency Test Result or relevant document 7. Thammasat University Certificate of Health (download) 8. A photocopy of applicant's passport 9. A photocopy of medical/travel insurance 10. Research proposal (Ph.D. candidate only) Remark: 1. All documents should be translated in the English Language or with accompanying translation (if applicable). 2. Statement of purpose or motivation letter should provide brief personal information of the applicant and describe reasons why you are interested in studying at the Faculty of Political Science. If possible, please also describe what you expect to obtain through your study at Thammasat University and after returning to your home country. This document is limited 2 pages on A4 sized. 3. A study plan is an initial course that your interest in the semester exchange. 4. If the original transcript, certificate of the language test, or medical insurance there are both sides of the paper, it needs to submit all pages. 5. Student needs to hand in the hard copy of the above documents (1-9 (10)) to the Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University on the orientation day.

Semester Exchange These steps of application for inbound student at the Faculty of Political Science (Faculty/School Level only). Step 1: The nomination student should be conducted by home institution (outgoing exchange coordinator or academician) in each semester or academic year.
