International Student
The minimum and maximum, of course registration are limited between 3 and 6 courses per semester (9 to 18 credits)
for undergraduate student, but graduate student can enroll up to 4 courses (3-12 credits).
Grading system
Thammasat University utilizes three following grading systems.
1. Undergraduate Level
A 8-point grading scale: A cumulative grade point average
of 2.00 is required for the successful completion of the
Bachelor’s degree.
2. Graduate Level
A 9-point grading scale is employed for the graduate level.
A cumulative grade point average of 3.00 is required for the
successful completion of the Graduate’s degree program.
Student mustsobtain a minium passing grade of B in each course.
3. Non-Grade-Point system
It is utilized for thesis and individual research. The assessment
process of each semester may be finished in the end of
December and May. The transcript of academic record for
exchange students will be sent to partner institution around
afterwards.
