"Commodifying Marxism: The Formation of Modern Thai Radical Culture, 1927-1958"
The study of the coming of Marxism-communism into Thailand and its making into Thai. This dissertation reconstructs and analyses the interaction and mutual transformation between foreign Marxist-communist ideology and Thai cultural-political practices and institutions.
